Enterprise construction-data platforms start their first paid seat around $599 a month and sell through a rep. Deal Radar runs $99 to $599, is bought from a phone, and covers one county at a time, which is the territory a one-truck contractor actually works.

Live today: Greater Sacramento, covering Sacramento and Yolo counties plus Stockton and Manteca. Working somewhere else? Check your county before you pay, or tell us which one.

Against our own interest

When you should not buy this.

  • You need work in the next ten days. Public records are an earlier signal, which also means a slower one. Buy leads, run ads, call past customers. Come back when the emergency is over.
  • Nobody will send the notes. Deal Radar drafts and stages; a person still has to review and send. If there is no one to do that, the subscription buys you a very well-organised list you never work.
  • Your county is not covered yet. Paying for a market the radar cannot see into is a bad trade, and we would rather tell you than take the card.
  • You sell into ten states and need a procurement team. That is a different product. ConstructConnect and Dodge exist for it.
Pricing questions

The fine print, plainly.

What counts as a "market"?

A market is a metro we ingest. Sacramento today covers Sacramento County, Yolo County and the cities inside them. New markets open when their feeds have been ingesting long enough to show real counts, which the county pages report. We do not put a date on a market that is not running yet.

Is there a trial or a free plan?

No. Deal Radar is paid from the first day, so there is no timer to forget and nothing converts you into a paying customer without you choosing it.

Can I pay annually?

Not yet. Checkout sells monthly today. Annual billing at ten months for twelve is being added to checkout, and we are not going to advertise it as buyable until it is.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from Settings; changes prorate.

Is there a setup fee?

No. You pick your trade and your drive radius at first sign-in. That is the whole setup.

When am I charged, and how do I cancel?

You are charged when you start, and monitoring switches on the same minute. You can cancel any time from Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and that period is not refunded. The full policy is on the cancellation and refunds page.

One job you would not have heard about pays for the year.

Pick your trade and your drive radius at sign-up. The feed is there the same minute, and the next alert lands on the next hourly check.

$99/mo. One market included. Cancel from Settings, effective at the end of the period.

No contract. We never contact your customers, and nothing goes out in your name.
